Now, let's pass on the network of 4.7K resistances, RES1 and RES2. You must take care of the orientation of these components. The networks include a set of resistances, each linked to a common point. The common pin of the network is marked with a black line. You will find this line on the wiring plan. It's your turn…

The wiring of the two networks of resistances. Start soldering only one leg and check that the component stands up straight and is correctly inserted. If it's not, it's possible to place it again by heating this leg. It's a rule to follow for the components that possess many connection points, like the holders of the integrated circuits or the connectors.

Then, you must place the 2 tension regulators 78L05, Q1 and Q2. Don't take the wrong component! In the Audine camera, there are two 78L05 circuits and one LM317 circuit with identical cases. Read carefully the indications on the case before the wiring !

You will understand why it's recommended using a soldering iron with a thin pane and soldering thread with a small section (0.5mm diameter maximum). The legs of these regulators are near to one another. These solders are easy to make. Avoid putting too much soldering and don't shake! Take care of the flat part of these integrated circuits. It allows orienting them correctly.

The 5V tension regulators are placed.

Solder the SUP1 tulip holder with 14 pins of the integrated circuit LM348 (U3). No difficulty (maintain the holder with adhesive tape during the soldering). Generally, the tulip holders have a reference to identify the pin 1 of the component. Orient the holder correctly (pin 1 is designated by a point on the wiring plan).

The assembling of the tulip holder with 14 pins for the U3 circuit. For the moment, don't assemble this component.

Then, pass on the inter-cards connection bars, CON1and CON2. They must be cut up in so called AMPMODU bars, including a row of male pins. Be careful. These bars are cuttable. It means that you can define their length with the wire cuttings. CON1 must have 15 pins and CON2 must have 14 pins. You must solder the short side of the bars. Make sure to dig them tight so they are straight. The good final assembling of the cards depends on the precision of the placing of the bars.

The two inter-card linking bars. Make sure the pins are perpendicular to the plane of the card.

Solder the three TB1 pins. You can extract these 3 pins out from an AMPMODU bar. Short-circuit the two TB1 pins with a strap, like in the following figure.

Notice the position of the strap linking two of the TB1 pins. In this configuration of the strap, all the PC control signals are linked to the +5V through 4.7K resistances (networks RES1 and RES2). It's a pull-up, in the pull-down position, if the link was made to the ground of the circuit through these same resistances (you must then change the position of the strap).
