 Description:  
It is a bright spiral galaxy located at Canes Venatici constellation. It lies at a approximate distance of 21 to 25 light years from our Milky Way. With a visual magnitude of 8.4, it spans over 19'x8'. 
 
It is also known as a Seyfert galaxy, due to its X ray emission detected. It is believed that a part of the galaxy is falling in a supermassive black hole at its center.
