Nova Eridani 2009 (KT Eri)

 


Discovery by K.Itagaki (Yamagata, Japan) at mag 8.1 the Nov.25.5 2009. See UAI Circular No. 9098. Position:  R.A. = 4h47m54s.21, Decl. = -10o10'43".1 (equinox 2000.0).

Setup for spectroscopic observation: Celestron 11 telescope (0.28-m diameter) + eShel spectrograph (échelle spectrographe - R=11000 - 0.1 A/pixel spectral sample) + QSI532 CCD camera (6.8 microns pixel).
