What Should I Do if the Program Does not Work?

After certain incorrect operations, the configuration saved by the program could be invalid and C2A cannot work properly. This may lead to an error message when you try to start the program.

The best solution is to erase the configuration the program saved in a configuration file. You can do this in two ways:

• You can use the small utility " Reset.exe " which has been installed in the same directory as the C2A program (" C:\Program Files\C2A " by default). This program lets you directly erase the configuration file. This is the recommended solution in the first instance.

• You can manually delete the file 'c2a.ini' which is located in the folder 'C:\Users\user name\AppData\Local\C2aw'.

When the configuration has been deleted, you can then launch a new C2A with default parameters. If the problem persists, use the " Reset.exe " program and click the button which allows you to erase the file in which C2A sores orbital elements. To delete this file manually, go to the directory in which C2A creates its temporary files (this is a directory named "C2aw" in the Windows local data folder, for example,  C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\C2aw in Windows Vista or Windows 7) and delete the " Wap.ac " file.
