Offset and read-out noise variations with temperature (Ethernaude)

Offset and read-out noise (noise from the offset) have been recorded in various temperature conditions. Thanks to the new interface with the Ethernaude, the noise performance is now much better than with the LPT1 link.

I have also replaced the ADC with a faster one (AD976AAN instead of AD976AN). This did not impact read-out noise: with the LPT1 link, the new ADC gives 6.02 ADU RO noise at -13.5 deg, which is the same as with the old ADC.

To convert noise measurements in electrons a gain of 4.35 e/ADU was assumed.
