I started astronomy in 1990 in a classical way with naked eye and binocular observations. A usual 115/900 was bought in May 1992 and a 150/750 in1994. To avoid transportation problems, I designed a rollling roof observatory to gain observing time. The site is quite good except for Bourges' light pollution that shows a luminous halo on the south horizon. I observe primarily the deep sky and comets (9 planets are rapidly explored...).
