About the time I finished the Genesis, M-13 was in a perfect spot. If a person has to practice on something, globulars are it.

The luminance layer is an average of the RGB layers stretched and with some DDP. The fog rolled in halfway through the green, but I didn't notice until the end of the red, when the stars just vanished. The background never really came up, even though the moon was 76% full. This image in enlarged 1.5x because I didn't get to shoot the 1x binned luminance before the fog came.
