The power supply is housed in an LMB die cast aluminum enclosure that is about 4.75 x 4.75 x 2.25 overall. The switching pre-regulator is mounted in another LMC box inside the main enclosure. This box is 2.375 x 4.375 x 1.25. This is to try to control the noise from the switcher. The temperature control is mounted to the outer enclosure, to get some heat sinking.

The front panel has a binding post/bananna jack set for DC power in, the funky DB connector for the camera, a panel meter for temperature display, and some switches and indicators. The switches allow me to independently turn on or off the power supply and temperature control, and select the display mode. The same display is used to display the set temperature and the actual temperature.

LED indicators show the status of the power supply and temperature control, the current display mode, and the temperature control lock. This is just an LED that lights red if the teperature is too high, green if too low, and off when the temperature is tracking within 0.1 degree.
