The very detailed comments explained that the star was totally occulted (1.4 mag drop, comparison with other stars in the CCD field) at the beginning of the frame #34 headed UT 22 42 13, and until the end (1s later) of the frame #47 (starting at) UT 22 42 50 (#48 UT 22 42 53 being in full brightness). The first mail received (1999.07.03 9h30) asserts :

"At the start of the observation there were little clouds, disappearing. Just before the occultation, the intensity was very variable due to the instable clouds, so the start of occultation was probably not very correct. ... Time of start is very insecure."

Since no deconvolution can improve these timings, and taking into account the uncertainty of computer internal clock (manually set 6h before), one must only say :
