BACKGROUND
The area features a section of the north-eastern region of
the Moon and the areas surrounding the eastern edge of Mare Frigoris. The
pair of craters Strabo and Thales, and the prominent group of three craters,
Strabo N, B and L, are useful for orientation. Refer to your Antonin Rukl
lunar atlas chart, page 41.
