BRIEF DESCRIPTION
The western part of Mare Serenitatis offers the observer crater
pits, long wrinkle ridges, and also the "mysterious" crater Linne, about
which much has been written. There is a series of clefts west of the crater
Sulpicious Gallus, which parallel the Haemus mountain range. Refer to your
Antonin Rukl lunar atlas chart, page 73.
