BRIEF DESCRIPTION
Mountainous region along the south-western limb of the Moon, which
in the north adjoins the edge of Mare Humorum. One of the largest walled
plains, Schickard, with characteristic dark patches on its floor, is in
this area. Refer to your Antonin Rukl lunar atlas chart on page 151.
