| An interesting group of craters north-north-west of the flooded crater Stadius and reaching as far as the edge of Mare Imbrium, where it continues in the form of a rille composed of crater pits. They are obviously secondary formations related to the origin of nearby Copernicus (See LO4-121H2 below). The crater at upper right is Eratosthenes. The large crater is Copernicus. |
