Polar ring lenticular galaxy in Ursa Major. It's also a Seyfert Type II. The edge-on galaxy is PGC 25034 z=0.043602 and v=13072 km/s while the small spiral is 2MASX J08560053+5843582 z=0.132072 and v=39594 km/s. There are also many clustered background galaxies in this image.
