probleme skysafari 6 pro

Bonjour à tous

J ai un soucis entre skysafari 6 pro et synscan pro sur tablette la connexion se fait bien entre les deux logiciels. Mais 5 secondes plus tard la connexion se coupe avec skysafari .

,plus moyen de refaire la connexion  je peux toujours piloter ma monture eqm35 avec le kit astro gadget avec synscan pro

Suite à notre conversation de jeudi j'ai contacté de nouveau Alexander pour la partie logicielle et il m'a fait part d'une nouveauté si tu utilises des appareils Apple. 
Avant il fallait deux appareils, un qui fait tourner synscan et l'autre SkySafari mais maintenant il existe une application nommée Synscanlink qui permet de tout faire tourner sur un seul appareil. 
Voici sa réponse : 

 

To connect EQStarPRO, the settings in SkySafari must be as follows: WiFi port 11882 and IP 127.0.0.1
However, the EQStarPRO must remain connected to the SynScan app.

 

SkySafari cannot communicate directly with EQStarPRO .
SkySafari can only communicate with EQStarPRO through the SynScan app.

 When connecting to Skysafari, it is important that the SynScan app remains loaded, because in this system Skysafari works only through the SynScan app.
Previously, the simultaneous operation of Skysafari and SynScan app on iOS devices was not possible (this was only possible on Android and Windows devices). Therefore, two devices had to be used to work with Skysafari and SynScan app. One of them was running the SynScan app, and the other was Skysafari.

But now there is a new app on the Apple app store, written by the people at SkyWatcher, called "SynScanLink". After you download SynScanLink to your iPhone, a telescope named "SkyWatcher SynScanLink" appears in the telescope list in Skysafari. Use this choice and Skysafari Pro and SynScanPro will communicate with each other via SynScanLink and you can control the mount using Skysafari Pro.
One more note: the Skysafari Pro app may need to be reinstalled after adding the Synscanlink app.
And tracking will not occur unless enabled with Synscan Pro.

mais je me sers pas de produit appel,ma tablette et une HUAWEI MediaPat T 5, mais synscanlink n est pas compatible
